Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery charges and timing

The delivery charge for your order — and whether you qualify for free delivery — is calculated from your basket and shown at checkout before you pay, so you always know the exact cost up front. As a guide, most orders arrive within a few working days of dispatch; you'll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a tracking number (and a tracking link, where the courier provides one) so you can follow its progress. You can also see the current status of any order — placed, paid, packed, shipped, or delivered — from your account.

Age-restricted items

Orders containing General Sale List (GSL) medicines require you to confirm at checkout that you're 18 or over. We may also require an age confirmation on delivery for certain items, in line with UK pharmacy guidance.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timescale, or arrives damaged, contact us at [support email pending] with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
