Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Dr2U website and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
Dr2U is operated by [company legal name pending], a company registered in England & Wales (company number [pending]), registered office [registered address pending]. Our VAT number is [pending]. You can contact us at [support email pending].
Products and pricing
- Prices shown on the site are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable.
- We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
- Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary from what's shown.
Age-restricted and regulated products
Some products we sell are subject to UK medicines regulation:
- Food supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- General Sale List (GSL) medicines can only be sold to customers who confirm they are 18 or over, and are subject to quantity limits per order in line with UK pharmacy guidance.
- Pharmacy (P) and Prescription Only Medicines (POM) are not currently available to purchase through this website.
By placing an order containing an age-restricted item, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that the confirmation you provide at checkout is accurate.
Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll send an order confirmation email, but the contract between us is only formed when we accept your order (which, unless we tell you otherwise, happens when your payment is successfully processed). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if a regulatory restriction applies — in which case we'll refund any payment taken in full.
Delivery
See our Delivery Information page for current delivery options, charges, and estimated timescales.
Returns and cancellation
See our Returns & Cancellations page, which explains your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the exceptions that apply to certain health and hygiene-sensitive products.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account password and any two-factor authentication method secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [support email pending] if you believe your account has been compromised.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited or excluded. Beyond that, our liability for losses you suffer is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, except we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law or how we operate. The version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
